- This program will be primarily intuition led – I love curating experiences based on the needs and desires of those within them. Meaning, I take the energy of the group and create trainings, practices, etc. based on your needs, wants, and desires.
- Once the program officially begins, you’ll receive weekly videos with information, exercises, and tools. We will also meet as a group on zoom on weeks 1, 2, 4, and 6 to have some hot seat coaching and live practice opportunity.

In addition to whatever is added/shifted throughout our time together, here’s what you’ll learn:
- ENERGETICS – We’ll dive deep into the energetics of what’s coming through. This includes learning about energy protection, grounding, moving of energy, and feeling how your energy speaks to you through your body

Due to the nature of the program, refunds are not provided. This program requires work on your end. Results are not guaranteed, but if you show up and do the work, your life will change.
What is the Voxer policy?
If you decide to upgrade to 1:1 Voxer supprt, you get unlimited Voxer chat access for the duration of the program. Response times from Sarah will typically be within 24-48hrs Tuesday thru Thursday, unless otherwise stated during the program.
What if I can't make it to the live calls?
