This is a distant energy healing session held via zoom. Each session is tailored to you and what you need at the time of the session. So, the sessions may differ from client-to-client and session-to-session.
We will begin the session by discussing your energy in the moment, and anything that’s coming up or that you’d like focus on. I’ll then have you either lay down or get into a comfortable position to begin getting into a relaxed, meditative state. I’ll then connect to your energy and begin the healing process. Depending on the energy moving through, you may be called to deep breathing, shaking/movement to move the energy, vocalizing, or simply remain in a pure meditative state as the energy flows through. Once healing is done, we will talk about anything either of us saw and/or felt.
RECORDED DISTANCE HEALING SESSION
Don’t want to have to schedule something, but still want some energy work done? A pre-recorded session is perfect then!
15-20 MIN RECORDED SESSION

This is a distant energy healing session which will be pre-recorded and sent to you within 1 week of booking. Each session is tailored to you and what you need at the time of the session. So, the sessions may differ from client-to-client and session-to-session.
You will receive a guided recording to walk you through the session, which you can then listen to at any time.

Please note that each person responds to Reiki differently. You may feel different sensations such as tingling, lightness, relaxation, or even warm/cold throughout or in different parts of your body. You may feel nothing at all.
After the session you may detox in a physical or mental/emotional way. This is the energy moving through and is normal.
It’s highly recommended that you be very well hydrated before the session and to continue drinking water afterwards as processing of this work can occur for a couple of days.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is there anything I should do to prepare for my session?
Yes! It is highly recommended to be well hydrated before, and after, our session to help the energy move through more freely. I also recommend being in a comfortable place that’s quiet, as well as bringing water and a journal/pen with you.
How do these work?
All healing sessions are intuitively guided. While I am a certified Usui Reiki master, the work I do isn’t always deep meditation.
While in a session I will use my voice, drumming, energy movement, I may also invite you to do some breathing exercises, and call upon our guides, the elements of the earth, animals, and other energies to help aid in what healing needs to take place.
Each session is different so there’s no real way to know exactly what will move through.
What if I'm unhappy with my session?

Please note that, due to both the digital delivery and the time/energy that goes into each session, healing sessions (as with any other service) are non-refundable. Should you have any concerns we can discuss how to resolve them on an individual basis.
What if I need more guidance after my session?
I typically offer 2-3 days after the session for you to reach out via messenger or email to get clarification on something that came up during our session. However, if you’re looking for regular guidance I do offer 1:1 support via Voxer on a weekly or monthly basis.
